Breakfast at Pike Place Market: Something New Is Coming

There is something special about Pike Place Market in the morning. The flower vendors are setting up their stands. Fresh fruit is arriving. The market is waking up. The crowds haven't arrived yet. The air feels different.

For years, we've loved being part of the lunch and afternoon rhythm of the market. Now we're getting ready to welcome the morning too.

Over the past few months, we've been quietly working on a breakfast menu inspired by many of the things we love most about Pike Place Market: beautiful seasonal fruit, local honey, warm artisan toast, Italian espresso, and simple food prepared with care.

Think fresh peach toast at the peak of summer. Creamy ricotta. Local honey. Fresh peaches. Pistachios. Fresh berries from Washington farms. House-made jams inspired by the growers and farmers who make Pike Place Market so special. Simple ingredients. Beautiful flavors. The kind of breakfast that pairs perfectly with a rich Italian espresso and a slow morning stroll through the market.

We're not trying to create a complicated brunch menu. We're creating the kind of breakfast we love ourselves. Fresh. Seasonal. Comforting. Beautiful.

A place to start your day before exploring Seattle. A place to meet a friend. A place to enjoy the quieter side of Pike Place Market before the market comes fully alive.

Like everything we serve at Pizza & Pasta Bar, our breakfast menu is inspired by fresh market ingredients, simple preparation, and food that brings people together.

We're putting the final touches on everything now and getting very close. If all goes as planned, breakfast may be arriving sooner than you think. We'll be sharing more details — and an official opening date — very soon.

For now, we'll just say this: If you love peach toast, fresh market fruit, local honey, Italian espresso, and the slower side of Pike Place Market, we think you're going to love what's coming next.

Stay tuned.

Only two small changes: added an em dash space around "—" in "details — and an official opening date — very soon" for consistency, and tightened the final paragraph by removing the line break before "If you love..." so it reads as one fluid closing thought. Everything else was already clean.
